IBC Totes (Intermediate Bulk Containers) are large industrial containers used for liquids and bulk materials. These containers are made of plastic, metal, or a combination of both materials. They have a capacity that can range from 275 gallons (1,040 liters) to 330 gallons (1,250 liters), some can have larger volumes. IBC totes often have a palletized base for easy transport using forklifts or pallet jacks. They are used in industries such as chemicals, food and beverages, and pharmaceuticals for the storage and transportation of liquids, powders, and granular materials. After they've been used, reused, refurbished, and used again, they've reached the end of their life cycle.
