BBQ charcoal made from Hardwood lump from Ayin is a natural product that has no additives — it's just charcoal made from pieces of hardwood. Lump charcoal burns “cleaner” as it tends to produce less ash and very suitable for barbecue. Carbon content: Above 75% Size: 8-50MM. Volatile Matter: 18% Maximum. Ash Content 1%-3% Maximum.
