CNC precision machining ensures hole position tolerance of ±0.02mm, and the KSL anti-corrosion coating passes 720h salt spray test, featuring wear resistance and rust resistance. The product is integrally formed without welds, with impact resistance increased by 20% compared to ordinary casting, each piece is 15%-20% lighter, saving 0.3L of fuel per 100 kilometers, and offering more flexible handling. The aluminum alloy provides efficient heat dissipation, suitable for 16-18 inch mainstream specifications, compatible with bolt patterns such as 5×112, covering more than 95% of vehicle models.
