The LB-1080 Multi-Function Sampling Gun (Hydrogen Chloride, Hydrochloric Acid Mist, Sulfuric Acid Mist, Fluoride) is primarily designed for collecting hydrogen chloride, hydrochloric acid mist, sulfuric acid mist, and fluoride emissions from stationary pollution sources. This sampling gun employs full-length heating to prevent condensation within the gun body. The collected gas passes through a gun body lined with a constant-temperature heated PTFE tube, then through a PTFE membrane filter, and finally through an impact absorption bottle. This process separately collects particulate chlorides and gaseous hydrogen chloride, hydrochloric acid mist, sulfuric acid mist, and fluorides. Particulate chlorides are collected using a 47mm filter membrane, while gaseous hydrogen chloride, hydrochloric acid mist, sulfuric acid mist, and fluorides are captured in absorption bottles. Simultaneously, the system measures parameters such as flue gas velocity and temperature during sampling.
