First grade hydrated soybean oil is a type of soybean oil that has undergone additional purification from phosphorus-containing substances and other impurities to improve its quality and shelf life. It undergoes a hydration process, i.e. slow cooling, during which phosphorus-containing substances are released and removed, forming a precipitate. It is used in the food industry for the production of various food products, as well as for feed purposes.
