It is a highly nutritious and highly feed-attracting animal feed additive made of shrimp processing by-products (such as shrimp heads, shrimp shells, offal, inedible shrimp or processed scraps) as the main raw materials, refined through hydrolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis, fermentation, concentration, sterilization and other processes. It is rich in nutrients such as flavor substances, proteins, amino acids, astaxanthin, chitin/chitosan derivatives, minerals and vitamins that are unique to shrimp. Pretreatment: Raw material cleaning, crushing. Hydrolysis/enzymatic hydrolysis/fermentation: Use protease, microorganism, or autolysis to decompose macromolecular proteins in shrimp tissues into small molecule peptides and free amino acids, improving digestion and absorption rates while releasing flavor substances. Separation/filtration: Removal of insoluble residues (e.g. partial carapace fragments). Concentration: Remove excess water to improve solids content and nutrient concentration. Chitin/chito-oligosaccharides: Derived from shrimp shells, it has physiological functions such as regulating intestinal flora, enhancing immunity, promoting growth, and adsorbing toxins.
