Medium intensity green olive fruitiness, decidedly herbaceous, with clear fragrances of unripe tomato, artichoke, almond. The taste highlights medium bitter and persistent spicy tones with an aftertaste of wild herbs.Storage and packaging Radice extra virgin olive oil is filtered, stored in stainless steel tanks (which prevents oxidation) and, when necessary, bottled in dark glass.
