The explosion-proof cartridge dust collector integrated machine is designed with a rational and compact structure to minimize the risk of dust explosion. It features an internally mounted explosion-proof fan structure and an ash collection hopper with explosion relief openings. In case of an explosion within the dust collector, which could potentially cause the housing to rupture and lead to human casualties, measures are taken to absorb and redirect the explosion energy towards the upper part of the dust collector, thereby minimizing damage. This equipment occupies a small footprint and can be installed indoors or outdoors. A comprehensive range of specifications and models has been developed to meet various on-site requirements. It is suitable not only for large welding or grinding workshops, welding lines, robot welding production lines, plasma and laser cutting and processing lines, but also for other applications. We design appropriate smoke and dust capture devices and duct systems according to different customer site conditions.
