EPP Foaming Masterbatch is a specialized concentrate designed for the production of Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) foam. It contains a high loading of a chemical blowing agent (typically endothermic) dispersed uniformly within a polypropylene (PP) carrier resin. During processing, when exposed to heat, the masterbatch triggers a controlled expansion reaction. This creates a closed-cell foam structure that is exceptionally lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant.
