Our sun dried tomatoes are carefully selected from fresh Tunisian tomatoes and naturally dried under the Mediterranean sun. They are 100 percent natural, preservative free and rich in flavor. Suitable for salads, pastas, sauces and gourmet dishes. Available in bulk packaging from 1 to 10 tons for export. Moisture: less than 13 percent. Shelf life: 12 to 18 months. Packaging: Vacuum bags or Cartons. Origin: Tunisia.
