Processing parameters are optimized for different materials (such as POM, PA, PE, ABS, PTFE, etc.) to ensure no cracking or deformation during processing, precise dimensional tolerances for finished products, smooth surfaces without burrs, and compliance with precision assembly requirements. We offer processing of standard plastic components and custom-shaped parts, including bushings, valve cores, rollers, etc. Different plastic materials are selected based on application requirements, such as POM for wear resistance, PTFE for corrosion resistance, and ABS for insulation, ensuring both functionality and cost-effectiveness. The manufacturing process includes drawing analysis, material selection, programming and debugging, mass production, and quality inspection. We support both single-piece prototyping and mass production, catering to industries such as electronics, healthcare, machinery, and home appliances. Additional processing services such as chamfering, drilling, and tapping can be provided upon request to meet various structural requirements.
