Belt dryer is a continuous production drying equipment, heat source can be electricity, steam, natural gas, air energy, biomass, etc. It's main principle is to evenly spread stuffs on mesh belt (Mesh number is 12-60), then transmission device drives belt to move back and forth in dryer. Hot air passes through stuffs, and vapor is discharged by dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the dryer is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, dryer can be made into multiple layers. The common are 3-7 layers, 6-40m in length, and 0.6-3.0m in effective width. The speed, length, and width allowed by belt dryer can be adjusted according to the temperature and moisture requirements of stuffs.
