Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO): Pure coconut oil extracted from fresh coconut flesh without high heat or chemicals, thus preserving its nutrients and retaining its natural flavor and aroma. This type is often used for cosmetics and health purposes. Refined Coconut Oil (RBD): Refined coconut oil that has been refined, bleached, and deodorized, making it clearer, tasteless, and odorless. This type is used as cooking oil.
