Easy to use; it can be used directly or mixed with water to produce liquid coconut milk. Preparation: For Thick Cream (Ratio 1:1.5) - Coconut Milk Powder 50 g + hot water 75 ml = 18% fat. For Thin Cream (Ratio 1:4) - Coconut Milk Powder 50 g + hot water 200 ml = 9% fat.
