The DM9-2138 Single Head CNC Router is a high-performance machine designed for precision cutting and engraving tasks. Equipped with a vacuum table and 8 zones with T-slots, it ensures secure and stable workpiece positioning. The machine features a DSP Al1 controller for easy operation, while the HSD 6KW air cooling spindle offers efficient cutting power. With a 7.5KW FOLINN inverter, it provides stable and reliable performance. The system is powered by a Leadshine 758 hybrid servo motor and driver, ensuring precise motion control. Taiwan HIWIN 25mm square rails and 1.5M helical rack, along with TBI 2505 ball screw on the Z-axis, offer smooth movement and high accuracy. Additionally, the DEZMAONC Oubang reducer and manual lubrication system contribute to its overall durability and low maintenance. This CNC router operates on a 380V 3-phase 50Hz power supply, making it suitable for industrial-level tasks.
