Harvest date: September 2022. Fermentation method: chilled steel tanks. Maturation method: chilled steel tanks. A fresh and fruity Furmint crafted from ripe grapes grown on volcanic soils. Head winemaker, Karoly Ats, aimed to preserve the aromas of the grapes and to highlight the fresh peach and citrus notes. This rich fruitiness is nicely complemented by the minerality of the Hegyalja soils. A persistent, juicy Furmint of ethereal lightness that is great on its own but goes well with salads, smoked fish and grilled meats too.
