We made our own cashew nut Nan khatai (cookie) is 100% ground-up raw cashew nuts roasted in clarified butter, all purpose flour, sugar with absolutely nothing else added. Cashew nut cookies are not easily available commercially but we have seen it in speciality and wellness shops. Our cashew nut Nan khatai (cookie) is very crispy & crunchy. we added in extra chopped-up roast cashews for texture. Ingredients: - Cashew nut - Clarified butter from Best farm/villages in Pakistan. - All purpose flour - Dry Milk - Sugar All ingredients are pure and in natural form (No arificial flavor / sweetner used in recipe).
