Our Grade A frozen strawberries are sourced from select varieties and frozen using traditional block or bulk methods to preserve their fresh taste, vibrant red color, and nutritional value. Unlike IQF, this non-individual freezing allows for cost-effective bulk handling, with strawberries packed directly in food-grade plastic bags for easy thawing and processing in large-scale operations. Key Features: Grade A: High uniformity in size, color, and quality. Size/Format: Whole berries (15-35 mm), slices, or puree options. Brix level: 7-10° (natural sweetness). Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber No added sugar, preservatives, or artificial colors. Calyx removed (for whole/slices), washed, and sorted. Low defect rate (minimal damage or inconsistencies). Applications: Excellent for industrial use in purees, jams, sauces, yogurts, baked goods, desserts, beverages, and food processing where bulk thawing is preferred. Packaging: Bulk 10kg cartons with pp bags inside. Custom options available.
