The spindle transmission adopts synchronous belt and spindle transmission, spindle speed 6000rpm, small power loss, low vibration, low noise, low-temperature rise, to ensure high precision, and rigid tapping without backlash, tapping speed, good quality, long tool life. 3. Spindle oil cooling device, high cooling efficiency, controls the spindle temperature, ensures machining accuracy, and extends the life of the spindle; 4. Spindle servo motor power, 7.5/15kw (ED: 100%/40%), high cutting efficiency. 5. The 3-Axis drive adopts high-efficiency, high-torque, high-precision AC servomotor, and ball screw direct drive, no belt drive cumulative error, and adopts pre-tensioning measures to eliminate ball screw thermal deformation error and high repetitive positioning accuracy. 6. Fanuc b series feed motor has high power, fast starting speed, high-resolution encoder, and large cutting feed thrust.
