Product details

Grapes are carefully harvested at the peak of their phenological maturation to ensure optimal flavor and quality. Once transported to the cellar, they undergo a meticulous selection process before being waxed, lightly crushed, and fermented with extended maceration. The wine then undergoes malolactic transformation and is aged in stainless steel barrels for approximately 24 months, depending on the vintage. After aging, it is bottled and allowed to rest, enhancing its depth and character. The result is a ruby red wine with complex aromas of red fruits, subtle spicy notes, and a well-balanced sweetness, featuring concentrated flavors and well-ripened tannins that create an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulphites.
