1000 calcium silicate thermal insulation boards are composed of SiO2, CaO and a little fiber. They are made by pressing and moulding after chemical reaction under high temperature. They can be used under 1000 high temperature without friction, fracture or powdering. They are 100% non-asbestos. The boards are used extensively in industrial furnaces of steel, aluminium, cement, glass, ceramic and so on for refractory and thermal insulation. The products are also used in petrochemistry, buildings, fireplaces, plumbing ducts and other applications for fireproof and thermal insulation. Our company is the largest manufacturer of 1000 calcium silicate thermal insulation boards in China, with early production up to 70,000 cubic meters.
